Fryslân Side
members.tripod.com/~redbad
Our homepage is called the Fryslân Side (Friesland Page) What do we mean when we say Friesland?
We distinguish two Frieslands. One of the past: Great Friesland, and one of the present: the current provinces West-Friesland, Fryslân (both in the Netherlands) and East- and North-Friesland (both in Germany).
The historical Great Friesland consisted of a long and narrow strip of land along the North Sea that reached from Northern-Belgium to North-Germany. This historic Frisian Empire, under the reign of heathen kings, lasted from the sixth to the eighth century.

Fering
www.jsw.net/foehr/sprache.htm

is.

niveau.
